A CRY FOR OUR NATION

Based on Hezekiah’s Prayer in Isaiah 37:16-20

O Lord Almighty God, You alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. Give ear, O Lord, and hear; open your eyes, O Lord, and see; listen to the words Your enemies use to insult Your living presence here on earth.

It is true, O Lord, that secular humanists, atheists, and others who do not honor Your Name have severely damaged the framework of our society. Even as termites destroy the frame of a house from within, so have they infiltrated the schools, universities, the courts, the media and the government of our land intent on destroying our Christian heritage.

Now O Lord our God, deliver us from their hands, so that kingdoms on earth may know that You alone, O Lord are God.
